1）Regarding the issue of damaged goods, please inform the reporting users to pay attention to the following: A) During shipment: Ensure proper packaging, with cushioning foam material filled on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right) to prevent impact damage. Choose a reputable shipping company and consider purchasing transport insurance. B) Upon receiving the goods: Check the outer carton for any deformation or damage. Inspect the internal machine for any damage. If any damage is found, please report it to us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.
2）Regarding shipping costs: Our company does not cover the freight for receiving the goods; we only bear the cost of returning the repaired items. Please inform the reporting users not to send the package as "Freight Collect" (到付). All freight-collect shipments will be returned to the sender.
3) Warranty Period The warranty period for all our products is calculated from the manufacturer's production date, not the user's contract date. If the dealer promises a warranty term that exceeds the manufacturer's policy, the dealer is solely responsible for honoring it.
