Newly Upgraded SMART Series Disperser
1) Featuring an innovative brushless motor, it operates more quietly and efficiently, with no carbon powder to contaminate samples. The absence of electrical sparks ensures enhanced safety. Speed ranges from as low as 1500 rpm up to 25,000 rpm.
2) Featuring the proprietary SMART intelligent control technology, it delivers ultra-high control precision. The digital touchscreen interface is exceptionally comprehensive, offering 6-stage program control, timer function, experiment timing, blade setting, Wi-Fi connectivity, and a sample observation light, maximizing both intelligence and user-friendliness. Its sleek, modern design adds to the appeal.
- For processing large-volume samples, an integrated unit with electric lift is also available as an option.
- Hundreds of DS, DSN, and MS series dispersion blades are all modular in design. Any blade can be installed on any host machine. The innovative MS series blades, when paired with the MUL host, provide a solution for low-viscosity samples.
- In addition to batch processing, the GL series disperser is the world's first and only in-line disperser globally. It is the most compact in size yet most feature-packed, delivering powerful performance. It can handle samples as small as 100ml. The fully modular design forms a perfect continuous circulation system.
Newly Upgraded SMART Series Overhead Stirrer
1) Also equipped with a brushless motor, it offers a speed range from as low as 3 rpm up to 5,000 rpm. It can handle samples with viscosities as high as 150,000 mPa·s, with torque reaching up to 700 N·cm, and a maximum processing capacity of 1,500 L.
2) A breakthrough in mixer technology: The proprietary SMART intelligent control system achieves precise speed control within ±1 rpm! Unaffected by viscosity variations. The touchscreen interface mirrors that of the disperser, with additional features including speed limitation and reversible rotation.
3) Large-capacity mixer, available as an integrated unit with mobile and electric lift functions.
4) Over 50 innovative impeller options, including jet-type and spiral impellers, are available. They cater to a wide range of applications spanning from laboratory to industrial use.
Simultaneously, the world's first and latest-generation vacuum emulsification system, the HP series, will make its stunning debut in 2025.
